Honestly, the first time I heard the word Ayurveda I was thinking of hand cream. But nope, that’s Aloe Vera. How yoga will change your life

In 2018, I decided to give yoga a try. I was suffering from excruciating back pain due to uneven hips and scoliosis, and I also thought it could be a nice thing to get a bit more flexible and tone up a little. Off I went to the gym to attend my first yoga class. I could feel the benefits immediately, and soon it became a regular thing that I did two to three times a week.
